Bilingual Cashier/Sales Associate (Smoke Shop)
We’re looking for a Bilingual Cashier/Sales Associate (English & Spanish) to join our smoke shop team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Upsell and promote products to enhance sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Restock shelves, package products, and manage inventory.
- Supervise and support junior staff as needed.
- Handle cash and transactions with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Retail experience preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
