Duties

- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring stock levels are adequate for customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels and customer feedback.
- Assist in supervising junior staff when necessary, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and cash handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance sales opportunities.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling better communication with diverse customers.
