Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and development of team members.
- Implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance and service quality.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food handling processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise daily activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for catering services and supply management.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure menu items meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability while maintaining quality service.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food service management practices, including food handling regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
