Subcontractor - Deck Builders

Working as your own boss. Provided you have your own crew; you will need to be licensed and bonded. Proof of your COI and Bond will be required.

Compensation: Paid by the contract. Weekly draws Bid projects to set your own pay.

At Smoky Mountain Deck Builders LLC, we create beautiful designer decks, docks, screen rooms, arbors, gazebos and more.We pride ourselves in our perfect record as a 5 star builder and expect nothing less from our teams. Due to our increasing demand, we are expanding our teams to compensate for the extended wait time for our clients. The majority of our work is in Knoxville Tennessee and the surrounding areas. Get paid on time EVERY WEEK.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR..We are in search of highly motivated individuals who are eager and willing to learn as they grow with our teams. At this time, we are looking for skilled sub contractors only.

*****JOB DETAILS******Work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE NOT REQUIRED* Demolition and construction of new projects such as decks, docks, hardscapes, and screen rooms.

DETAILED PLANS WILL BE PROVIDED.We are looking for a subcontractor who has great work ethic, the ability to read plans, and the drive to complete large scale projects on time and on budget.

***REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB****You must have a valid driver's license. Period!

*NO FELONIES please.*Work full time until the projects are complete. (Choose you starting time for an 8 Hr day) (off on weekends and holidays)*Have your own vehicle and tools, the job may be in a different location each week. Show up ON TIME, EVERY TIME. NO EXCUSES

Each project will have a set amount for labor based off unit measurements to ensure accurate labor pricing. You will be paid as a 1099 subcontractor.
