We’re looking for an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to support our Closing Agents with various administrative and customer service tasks related to the closing process. No experience is necessary—we’ll provide the training you need to excel in this role!

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a people person with a professional attitude.
What You’ll Work On
- Assisting with order intake, creating documents using internal software, data entry, scheduling, and other administrative tasks related to the title and closing process.
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in person to ensure an exceptional experience for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, banks, and internal colleagues.
