Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting the operations team in properly expediting orders through all the departments and updating all necessary teams.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for operational teams
- Providing administrative support to the operations department
- Handling incoming communications and directing inquiries appropriately
- Preparing and distributing operational reports and presentations
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Monitoring operational performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Streamlining workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Identifying and resolving operational issues
- Gathering and analyzing data to track key operational indicators
- Creating reports to highlight trends and insights for management
- Maintaining data integrity in operational systems
- Assisting with projects planning and execution
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Tracking project timelines and deliverables
- Other tasks as assigned by management to be discussed during the interview
Education and Experience:
- Some experience as an Operations Assistant (Preferred)
- High Diploma or GED (Required)
- Some college (Preferred)
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to manager multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document management
- Communication skills: Clearn and concise communication both verbally and in writing
- Technical proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Dynamics, Team, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving operational issues
Hour:
- Monday - Friday (40-hours per week)
Salary:
- $42,000.00 - $45,000.00
