Position Summary:
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for optimizing existing operations processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities are but not limited to:
· Facilitating communication with other departments.
· Assisting the Operations Manager with planning, organizing and coordinating functions related to the operations’ team.
· Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
· Optimizing and analyzing current processes to identify areas of improvement.
· Implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase operational effectiveness.
· Working closely with team members to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
· Update orders in QuickBooks with information from vendors.
· Maintaining updated records of our current vendors/suppliers.
· Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Experience and/or education:
· ERP Systems
·Operations experience
Skills and Abilities:
· Attention to detail.
· Problem solving.
· Communications skills.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
· Team player.
Hours:
·Monday - Fridays (40-hours per week)
Salary:
· $45k-55k
