Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Review, analyse and interpret business data to track operational and financial performance.
Prepare and deliver performance updates and reports for the leadership team and higher management at SMRT Corporation level.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, gather insights and analyse findings to support data-driven decision making.
Contract Management
Oversee and manage contracts with regulatory authorities, such as LTA, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Liaise with internal teams and regulatory authorities to address contract-related queries and negotiate new contractual terms.
Monitor contract and budget deliverables.
Competitive Benchmarking and Data Management
Identify and collect relevant market, competitor, and customer data from publicly available sources to enhance understanding of the competitive landscape.
Work closely with the data analytics team to interpret large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Translate complex data into clear, executable reports and presentations.
Provide market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the leadership team to allow effective strategic decision-making and implementation.
Qualifications & Work Experience
At least 1 year of experience in strategy, business planning, or a related role. A degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a similar field is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on prioritisation and ownership.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and data interpretation skills.
Experience in the transport industry is preferred but not required.
