As a Project Estimator Concrete Restoration, you will play a crucial role in the success of our concrete restoration projects. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, managing construction schedules, and overseeing the execution of restoration work. Your expertise in concrete restoration techniques, construction project management, and project engineering will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of each project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete restoration projects, including materials, labor, and equipment
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all restoration activities
- Coordinate with construction crews and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with the project management team to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and invoicing
