Job Description
Summary : Coordinates the pre-employment process (including but not limited to : background searches, drug testing, and MVRs) and enters applicant information into the HR Systems. Assists HR team with various projects as time allows. Compiles and maintains electronic personnel records by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Collect pre-employment information, verify for accuracy and completeness, track information utilizing HR / Payroll databases and process via input into vendor systems
- Compile results from pre-employment screening tests and communicate information to appropriate field personnel
- Collect and track pre-employment applicant data to provide information to authorized company personnel
- Maintain accuracy of HR information systems and databases

Qualifications :

Education / Experience :
High School diploma required and two to three years related experience and / or training preferred; Bi-lingual skills and Associate's degree from an accredited college or university a plus.
Language Ability :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have adequate knowledge and competency with Microsoft Office Suite : Word (word processing software); Excel (spreadsheet software); as well as Payroll / HRIS systems (ADP Enterprise) and web based programs.
