Summary: Manage and audit multiple payroll disciplines by performing the related duties and responsibilities defined below:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned in addition to the list
below)
Kronos and ADP
o Create & maintain profiles and assign access as needed to employee groups and
system functions
o Manage data interfaces between Kronos and ADP and any other system that
access employee data
o Train and troubleshoot issues with Kronos for users
o Analyze set up to determine compliance with payroll laws and regulations
o Add/update changes for new locations, new departments in Payroll systems
o Update and Maintain Timekeeping Accrual calculations
Perform Quality Assurance audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and alert Payroll
Dept. of discrepancies
Manage and process quarterly Multiple Work Site reporting
Tax setup with multiple jurisdictions and ADP, maintaining account information for life
of maintenance needs
Processing of daily manual checks and positive pay reporting
Reporting as required for regulatory agencies, auditors, internal customers and litigation
Reconciliation and coding of various payroll dept invoices
Processing of quarterly Multiple Work Site reporting
Creation and maintenance of periodic time off reports for field locations; vacation
/sick/PTO in accordance with union requirements, local/state regulations and business
policies

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 2 years of related experience, preferred but not required.
Excel intermediate to advanced capabilities (including formulas, pivot tables, macros, analysis).
Experience with electronic time & attendance systems (Kronos is preferred)

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate to advance knowledge of
the Microsoft Suite of products. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ADP, ADP Reporting
and Kronos a plus. Ability to effectively use web-based and internet applications required.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as system configuration manuals, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of
organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and
interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
