What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ski & Ride Guest Experience Specialist position at Smugglers' Notch Resort?

This is a customer service position with a focus in sales and fulfillment of all Ski & Ride, Activities, Snow Sport University and Summer Fun University products and programs. The Ski & Ride Guest Experience Specialist supports all in house resort guests and day guests as well as guests pre-registering for future vacations. This is a full time position. Pay range: $15.7500 - $22.50

  • Having the ability to provide expertise in resort products and guidance to best suit the needs and expectation for the guests is essential.
  • Proficiency in local attractions to include but not limited to hiking, biking, dining, etc. is necessary to provide the
    guests with the overall “concierge” type experience.
  • Strong computer and interpersonal skills.
