The Content Media Specialist will drive content creation, Resort storytelling, high-quality press releases, blog posts, video scripts, and other promotional content. The role will support or initiate marketing campaigns that build on Resort brand awareness, identity, create new networks / advertising channels, and work in sync with overall marketing strategies. Develops, coordinates, and directs initiatives to create and maintain a favorable public image for the Resort to position Smugglers' Notch as the best family vacation destination Resort by performing the following duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop engaging content, including press releases, blog posts, video scripts, and social media.
- Manage and grow the Resort’s online presence through storytelling and digital campaigns.
- Assist in photoshoots, leverage guest-generated content, and oversee email marketing.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align messaging with brand strategy.
- Facilitate media visits, update press materials, and serve as a spokesperson when needed.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content for maximum impact.
