Job Role
The Corrugator Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Corrugator department, focusing on meeting production schedules, maintaining quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shift, prioritizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operators regarding mechanical failures or production issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement control procedures, suggesting enhancements to the Plant Superintendent as necessary.
- Coordinate production activities with other departments to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Operations Management preferred.
- 3 years of corrugator supervisory experience in a packaging facility required.
