Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities and secure events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of race track events, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site management
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing strategies that promote events and attract new clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring all events are executed within financial parameters
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during events
- Analyze event performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 5 years of experience in event coordination, with a focus on sales and client acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
