In this role, you will guide complex projects from concept to execution, leveraging your expertise to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs. This position is on site in Quantico, VA and requires a Top-Secret clearance.

$121,400—$202,300 USD

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, develop detailed work plans, and identify key deliverables.
- Oversee project teams, including technical staff and vendors, to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Utilize Agile or hybrid project management methodologies to drive collaboration and adaptability across teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or PMBOK.
- Experience developing project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics for complex IT initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Active Top-Secret clearance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, including system development, integration, and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (equivalent experience or certifications may substitute).
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
- Experience managing IT projects in a Federal Law Enforcement Agency or government environment.
- Familiarity with cloud migration, IT modernization, or cybersecurity initiatives.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
