Cleared On Site IT Project Manager (3903)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for the planning and execution of projects using project management principles and processes. Leads multiple IT projects from initiation to completion by developing and executing clear project plans. Responsible for incorporating DevOps principles and Agile / Scrum methodology into each IT software development project plan. Conducts regular meetings with Government personnel to deliver clear and concise project status updates to include all relevant elements of project management. Responsible for producing all project management documentation for the life of the project.

Required Skills / Experience :

• Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI if required
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 5 years' experience supporting and / or leading complex projects utilizing proven project management principles. IT project management preferred
• Experience with IT project management leveraging Agile and Scrum (or similar) software development methodology while implementing a DevOps strategy
• Experience creating, executing, and documenting project plans from requirements gathering to charter approval to schedule to delivery
• Must possess and maintain at least one of the following certifications : Agile Certified Practitioner (formally PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate

in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Scrum Master, CompTIA Project , or other certification exemplifying Project Management skills

The proposed salary for this position is :

120,000-$210,000 USD
