SMX is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the PATRIOT Ground Support Equipment (PGSE) Product Office. This role provides direct administrative and operational support to the Product Manager and team. We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated individual with a broad administrative skill set and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$75,000—$105,000 USD

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deconflict calendars; maintain schedules in MS Outlook
- Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms
- Plan and coordinate U.S. Government (USG) travel (CONUS and OCONUS)
- Create, edit, and manage briefing charts and official correspondence
- Submit and receive classified documentation; maintain DA Form 3964s
- Prepare reports, record meeting minutes, and track action items
- Perform file management and general administrative support
- Make and receive phone calls; take and relay messages
- Monitor and manage action items and deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 4–12 years of relevant administrative experience (HS diploma with 12 years; AA with 8–10 years; BA/BS with 4–12 years)
- Experience using the Defense Travel System (DTS) and the Aircraft and Personnel Clearance System (APACS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with U.S. Army correspondence and formatting standards
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience supporting a Department of Defense Program, Project, or Product Office
