SMX is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the USINDOPACOM J5 at Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii. This position will support high priority programs within the Strategic Plans Directorate at USINDOPACOM and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, engagement with senior officers and coordination across all applicable staff functions. As the J5 Project Analyst you will be providing management and direction of the day-to-day operations, schedule, and performance for the J5 Front Office. The ideal candidate will provide support to training, administrative requirements, operations management, personnel management, budgets and property management.
You would be a great candidate for this position if you have experience with USINDOPACOM staff processes, communications, personnel security, classified material security, Task Management System (TMS), and other office applications. You understand how to integrate multiple stakeholders to complete complex tasks. You have a passion for guiding and mentoring a diverse team to maximize skills and knowledge to achieve exceptional outcomes. This positions requires strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions in the midst of ambiguity and meet deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to the J5 Directorate across a wide range of tasks and applications, to include technical work and administrative management
- Communicate effectively with entire team and work in a collaborative environment
- Orchestrate / develop operational data calls, report outs, and performance products as required to support USINDOPACOM J5
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Government's program managers, representatives, and authorizing officials
- Manage, track, and report on :
- Personnel status to include CAC / badge / clearance entries
- Foreign Travel Notices
- Visas (as applicable)
- Track the completion of theater-specific and Command specific training for all personnel
- Coordinate Visitor Access Requests
- Assistance with the Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Assistance with the Task Management System (TMS)
- J5 Front Office schedule and taskings
