Role Overview
The Compliance and Audit Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that SN Servicing Corporate adheres to all regulatory and internal guidelines. This position will be responsible for driving compliance optimizations forward and ensuring they fulfill required business outcomes. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing the internal and external audit processes. This involves building process optimizations, creating documentation, prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent work streams, and partnering with both business and IT stakeholders to drive initiatives to completion.
The Compliance and Audit Program Manager role requires collaboration across the organization, strong analytical and organizational skills, and leadership through influence. The ideal candidate must be:

This is a contract to hire role. The decision to convert to a full-time position will be made approximately 6-9 months upon start, based upon candidate fit, performance in the role, and organizational need. Preference for candidates in Seattle, WA or Sacramento, CA. Work will be performed primarily remotely but the candidate may be required to travel to Eureka, CA or Baton Rouge, LA no more than once per quarter to support stakeholders and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Compliance and Audit team in developing and enhancing the organization’s compliance program in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage the firm’s procedures, documentation, and responses to internal and external auditors.
- Identify, recommend, and document process improvements. Execute improvements related to ongoing compliance, regulatory changes, and audit responses.
- Partner with the Compliance organization to identify, prioritize and, where applicable, create business and technical requirements for implementing remediation to address findings.
- Document requirements and advocate for the Compliance organization to ensure that these are prioritized and integrated into the technology roadmap.
- Establish communication and change management processes and partner with business and training SMEs to ensure that any required process changes are documented and socialized.
- Support Compliance organization in developing and refining ongoing monitoring activities.
- Perform effective risk and issue management in the program, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Develop detailed program roadmaps and KPIs; monitor, track, and report progress against plans.
Skills and Competencies
- Highly organized with demonstrated success managing multiple, concurrent initiatives.
- Experience managing compliance, audit and/or regulatory initiatives.
- Highly skilled at facilitation, process improvement, requirements definition, and requirements definition and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills: able to build relationships and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7 years of progressive experience in business analysis, project and program management.
- Experience managing regulatory, compliance, and/or audit programs or projects with technology implementations required.
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, CSM, etc.) strongly preferred.
Salary : $75 - $85
