SN Steel Fabrication is a leader in metal fabrication, committed to quality, precision, and efficiency. We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations, manage a skilled team, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of welders and fabricators, ensuring productivity and quality.

• Manage daily shop operations, including workflow, scheduling, and project deadlines.

• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.

• Ensure all work meets company, industry, and safety standards (OSHA compliance).

• Maintain shop equipment, tools, and inventory.

• Work closely with project managers to optimize efficiency.

• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of managerial experience in a fabrication or welding environment.

• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME, or equivalent).

• Strong proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Experience with fabrication machinery (press brakes, saws, shears, etc.).

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in estimating, material procurement, and workflow planning.

• Familiarity with CNC plasma cutting, robotic welding, or advanced fabrication technologies.
