Summary/Objective
The position of solutions specialist works with the Sr. Director and VP of Solutions to achieve department goals and objectives. The solutions department sets the criteria for CMS systems and technology for projects sold by SNA Displays. This department and position also work in collaboration with the sales and project management teams.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Support the installation and commissioning of Content Management System (CMS) equipment onsite at locations throughout the US or Internationally.
- Test, evaluate, and recommend selections of Content Management Systems (CMS) to management based on experiences in the field for approval and subsequent recommendation to clients and consultants.
- Assist in the development and implementation of department plans and procedures.
- Provide closeout services for projects throughout the US or internationally, including but not limited to Display Calibration, Seam Correction, Color Adjustments, CMS Modifications, Camera Installation, Contractual Obligations, or additional tasks deemed necessary by the management team.
- Support SNA display equipment or CMS equipment at professional sports venues throughout the US or internationally.
- Frequent coordination with the factory regarding proprietary technical specifications and products.
- Assist with internal IT support needs, direct or with vendor assisted support.
- Assist with internal AV support needs, direct or with vendor assisted support
- Assist with the recommendations for sales and project management teams on best CMS solutions and update departments on technological advancements through continued education at industry trade shows and events.
- Provide consultation as needed in the office for sales meetings and demonstrations.
- Support for trade shows and product demonstrations from a technical implementation or technical sales approach, as deemed necessary by management team.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. Frequent travel and time on project sites are also required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overnight and weekend work is occasionally required.
Travel
This position requires frequent travel, up to 50%, both domestic and international may be required. Additional travel including but not limited to trade shows, corporate events, high profile installations, or similar needs as directed by management.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent industry related experience.
2. 3 plus years in an AV, Commercial Integration or a Systems related position.
3. Knowledge of AV hardware and software installation, testing and operation.

Salary : $80 - $105
