Technical Skills
1. Business Analysis: Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
2. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in technical concepts related to software development and IT architecture. Familiarity with programming languages, databases, APIs, and cloud services can be beneficial.
3. Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
4. System Documentation: Ability to create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
5. Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
Experience
1. Domain Knowledge: MUST HAVE Payments Domain Experience in the specific industry or domain relevant to Payments.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management, to ensure alignment on project goals.
