Job Title: Member Services Representative

Responsibilities:

• Membership & Personal Training Sales: Achieve sales goals established by leadership, provide members with exceptional services, and ensure consistent growth.
• Club Management: Lead by example, motivate team members, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Service Excellence: Offer top-notch equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help members achieve their fitness goals.
• Member Engagement: Regularly communicate with members to keep them informed and engaged, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Marketing Outreach: Organize events to build awareness and drive new memberships, promoting the Snap Fitness brand and values.
• Facility Excellence: Maintain facility equipment and cleanliness to meet company standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for members.
