Job Description
SNAP seeks a VTC / AV Technician to support video teleconferencing (VTC) and audiovisual (AV) support services (includes Haivision Internet protocol Television (IPTV) system equipment and service). SNAP has a requirement to provide VTC and AV installation and maintenance support for locations of:
The VTC / AV Technician provides routine maintenance of video cameras, microphones, projectors and flat-panel displays, touch screens, Smart boards, speakers, amplifiers and other VTC associated equipment. The Contractor shall be proficient in the operation of Creston touch panels, Tandberg Codecs, Multipoint Controlling Units (MCU) and associated audio/video equipment.

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) PLUS five (5) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience and certifications
- IAT I Level Certification
