Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards, promoting a collaborative approach towards patients, families, and all care delivery team members.
- Growth and Development: Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to apply age-specific principles of growth and development and life stages to meet each patient's needs.
- Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, directing and delegating care for other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- One year of recent Labor & Delivery experience or currently oriented, able to provide care independently within the department.
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of hire
- NRP within six months of hire or transfer date
Work Schedule and Compensation: Available to work AM/PM shifts, Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Competitive hourly rate: $47.40-$74.26 per hour.
