Position Summary:
As a Snapology Assistant Instructor, you’ll support our lead instructors in delivering engaging S.T.E.A.M. programs to children ages 3-14. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to making learning fun and impactful.
Pay: Starting at 15 (based on experience)
Your Role:
- Assist in guiding groups of up to 24 students through exciting, curriculum-guided activities.
- Help manage classroom materials and ensure students use them effectively.
- Support the management of student behavior by upholding Snapology’s rules and procedures.
- Monitor and encourage student progress,
- Participate in Snapology training and staff meetings to stay updated and involved.
Programs You’ll Assist With:
- After-school & Evening Classes (September – May): 1-2 hours, between 2:30pm – 5:00pm Monday-Friday
- Weekend Workshops 2-4 hours, Friday-Sunday
- Summer Camps (June – August): 1.5 - 7 hours, Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm
- Other Camps & Workshops (Holiday Breaks, Spring Break, In-Service Days): 1.5 - 7 hour , Monday-Friday, between 9am – 4pm
