Job Overview
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service over the phone and address inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account questions, and issue resolution
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update information
- Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed call volume and quality assurance standards
Experience:
- Experience High volume call center.
- Inbound and outbound calling experience in a high paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to use general office equipment
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word (intermediate level a plus)
- MS Excel (intermediate level a plus)
- MS Outlook (experience a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
