We are looking for an Administrative Spa Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing quality patient care. A bilingual speaker (English and Spanish) is required. The Assistant will be responsible for assisting with patient care, performing administrative duties, and ensuring that all medical and financial records are kept up to date. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a growing Wellness Spa practice and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant Certificate, Or Two Years Customer Service Experience
• Bilingual English & Spanish
• Proficient in Canva for designing marketing materials and social media post.
• Experience with Vagaro for managing appointments, client scheduling and business operation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Take before and after photos of each patient.
• Assist in services and treatments, including sterilization of equipment.
• Taking and processing payments for patients' services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and files.
• Schedule patient appointments, consultations and follow up calls.
• Creating and maintaining of some brochure/marketing ads.
• Some light cleaning and office maintenance.
• Provide exceptional patient and customer service with every guest

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
