Our AI-powered platform is transforming the Proptech industry, and our sales team is expanding fast.We need a highly organized, detail-obsessed Sales Enablement Manager to optimize processes, streamline training, and empower our global sales teams.


What You’ll Do:

  • Design & implement structured onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs for sales reps.
  • Build a scalable, AI-driven sales playbook that ensures consistency and success.
  • Own and optimize sales processes, tools, and enablement content to maximize efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with AI engineers, product, marketing, and customer success to align messaging and strategy.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to adapt enablement strategies for different markets.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive growth.
  • Manage and enhance our AI-driven sales tech stack (Gong, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to boost team productivity.]


What You Bring:

- 4 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership (SaaS/AI experience preferred)

- Proven ability to train, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams

- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail—you thrive on structure and efficiency

- Experience building AI-powered sales playbooks, training frameworks, and enablement resources

- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)

- Analytical mindset—you love using AI-driven insights to optimize sales performance

- Familiarity with AI-enhanced CRM & sales enablement tools (Gong, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.)

- Ability to collaborate across global teams and adapt enablement strategies accordingly
