Summary :
The Patient Financial Representative follows the hospitals and department's mission to meet its objectives in maximizing reimbursement for services provided and ensuring timely cash flow. The Patient Financial Representative also strives to facilitate patients and / or their families with payments and assists those with financial hardship in the most cost-effective means possible.
