Position Summary
Summary :
The Physician Assistant assists in any function relating to the diagnosis and treatment of patients, under the supervision of an attending physician, within the practice the hospital. The Physician Assistant is concerned with preventing, maintaining, and treating human illness and injury by providing a broad range of health care services that are traditionally performed by a physician. The Physician Assistant conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, assist in surgery, and write prescriptions.

- Must complete in-house orientation program
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
- Certified, or eligible for certification, by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
