Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, ensuring correct coding to appropriate vendors, and accurately enter data into company systems.
- Perform expense analysis and manage payment approval processes.
- Prepare accounts payable checks, invoices, and manage bank deposits.
- Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate files to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist the Controller with various financial analysis, reports, and general company accounting support.
- Process invoices, payments, and credits accurately and on time
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounts payable processes (W-9, ST3) and adhere to all accounting policies.
- Be a representative of Snell Motors' core values, including our commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounting or data entry.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
