Legal Support Clerk Receptionist Job Details:
Put your legal and organizational expertise to work with Snell & Wilmer, one of the most prestigious law firms in the Western United States. We are currently seeking a full-time Legal Support Clerk Receptionist to join our Seattle office.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday in the office from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage office calendars and coordinate catering orders.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle administrative tasks, including expense requests and reimbursements.
- Support the billing process using accounting software.
- Perform conflict checks, open new client matters, and prepare engagement letters.
- Proofread, edit, and revise documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- File documents electronically in the firm’s document management system.
- Perform supply runs and post office deliveries as needed.
- Prepare binders, mailings, and complete printing tasks efficiently.
- Answer phone calls courteously, take accurate messages, and provide professional communication with attorneys, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment, legal experience preferred but not required.
- Working Knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
