• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure of service contracts.
• Create tailored proposals and presentations for customers.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance, and report progress to senior management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings.
• Lead negotiations with customers to finalize service contracts.
• Identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns promptly.
• Provide guidance and training to the Service Coordinator.

• 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Commercial Roofing Service.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing large customer accounts and relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete background and drug screening.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50 pounds periodically.
