Job Overview:
The Service Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales of services and service-related solutions within the organization. The role involves developing and executing strategies to grow service revenue, manage key customer accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of sales skills, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of service offerings to identify customer needs, position solutions, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase service sales, meet or exceed sales targets, and grow market share.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
· Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Management: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure of service contracts.
· Proposal and Presentation: Create tailored proposals and presentations for customers, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of the organization’s service offerings.
· Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance, and report progress to senior management.
· Market and Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings to position the organization’s services effectively.
· Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with customers to finalize service contracts, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
· Customer Retention: Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by identifying areas for improvement and addressing customer concerns promptly.
· Sales Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to Service Coordinator.
Experience:
· 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Commercial Roofing Service.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Experience in managing large customer accounts and relationships.
Skills:
· Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· In-depth understanding of service solutions, industry trends, and market dynamics.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Qualifications:
· Valid Colorado driver’s license
· Pass drug and pre-employment physical testing
· Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions.
