Revenue Cycle Management Analyst - Remote
This role involves proactive analysis, strategic recommendations, and collaborative efforts to optimize billing, reimbursement, and collections processes. The RCM Analyst acts as a key liaison between company, clients, and internal service delivery teams to maintain and enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Pay Rate $18.00-$20.00 DOE
Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Lead all aspects of Accounts Receivable (AR) delivery for assigned RCM accounts, serving as the primary liaison between Mako and service delivery teams to maintain client satisfaction and high-quality service.
- Develop a strong rapport through direct communication with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding client-specific requirements and adapting solutions accordingly.
- Gather and analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and assist in the development and execution of improvement plans.
- Deliver key performance analyses and audit feedback to internal stakeholders and service delivery teams.
- Track billing, reimbursement, and collection inventories to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Address and resolve issues or escalate them as needed.
- Client training on standard operating procedures, workflow directives, and system usage. Approximately 30% to 40% of time will be dedicated to training activities.
