Snelling Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Rep Bryan TX. The Customer Service Representative's primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for all customer interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. This includes handling customer orders, processing returns, addressing inquiries, and resolving any complaints in a timely and professional manner. The representative must maintain clear and effective communication, ensuring that all customer needs are met while providing accurate information and support. Additionally, they are responsible for tracking and updating order statuses, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to find solutions, all while fostering strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities for Customer Service Rep Bryan TX :
Process orders (from customers or sales staff) received via phone, fax, or email
Promptly communicate confirmations to customers regarding their orders
Resolve customer complaints; promptly respond to customer on progress of resolution
Manage incoming calls / switchboard and lobby / incoming guest area
Process return authorizations from customers
Process debit and credit memos
Coordinate consignment / Inplant account product levels
Process international exporting paperwork
Filing
Participate in physical inventory throughout the year (data entry)
Follow policies & procedures
Maintain good housekeeping in customer service area
Complete other related duties as assigned by management
Essential Skills & Experience for Customer Service Rep Bryan TX :
High school degree or equivalent
Professional demeanor in person, written, and on the phone
Strong math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide proficiently)
Ability to use computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and databases, ten-key
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read and write clearly and concisely
