About the Opportunity
Our well-established client is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its powder coating operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with expertise in powder coating applications, process optimization, and team leadership . The right candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily powder coating operations , ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time order completion.
- Apply expertise in thermosetting resin coatings, surface preparation, and pre-treatment processes .
- Implement strategies to improve cost efficiency, labor productivity, and process effectiveness .
- Lead and develop a team of powder coating technicians to maintain high operational standards.
- Manage quality control procedures in collaboration with Quality Assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance for coating equipment to minimize downtime.
- Provide accurate job quotes using internally developed pricing models.
- Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through strong business relationships.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
