Marketing CoordinatorDuties include but are not limited to : Manage and execute all aspects of planning and coordinating internal events and external fundraisers. Coordinate and execute logistics, including event location specifications, Food & Beverage arrangements, and liaising with general contractors. Act as the primary contact for marketing material requests and gather division-specific social media content. Aid in data entry and support donors through company software. Manage fulfillment needs of industry partners for each meeting and event. Oversee co-sponsorship agreements with other industry partners and non-profit organizations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : Minimum of five (5) years of experience in event planning and project management. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient project management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and deadlines for multiple ongoing initiatives. Experience with database software or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn systems. Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently, demonstrating self-initiative.
