What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pack & Packaging Worker position at Snelling?
The primary duty of a Pack & Packaging worker is to put together finished products and the various pieces that go together to form finished products on a production line. This may include filling, labeling, packaging, packing and lifting.
General Responsibilities :
The Pack & Packaging Worker will help in the warehouse where needed, tasks may include and may not be limited to :
- Identifying defective components.
- Performing repetitive tasks.
- Building boxes.
- Labeling boxes and / or other packages.
- Cleaning jars, lids, etc.
- Packing boxes.
- Stacking boxes on crates.
- Cleaning the production line as needed throughout the workday.
- Abiding by all safety protocols and be reactive to your environment.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Working 7am-3 : 30pm / M-F
