Maintenance Director Position
The Maintenance Director position available is for a 120 bed skilled nursing facility that is In Search of a Skilled, Motivated Individuals With a Mechanical Mindset to Join Our Maintenance Team as the Maintenace Director.
Position Includes:
- Building Maintenance
- Monitor Low Pressure Boilers (Low Pressure Black Seal Required)
- Completing Work Orders/Respond When Called to Fix Broken Wheel Chairs, Hospital Beds, Toilets, Sinks, ETC
- Maintain Oxygen on Floors For Residents
- Ensuring Facility is in Compliance With All Safety, Fire, Plumbing, Electrical, Building, State & Local Codes and Regulations
- Providing a Comfortable Environment For All Residents & Staff
