SNF Payroll & HR serves skilled nursing facilities and other lines of business across the United States.
Taking the time to understand our clients’ labor force and HR needs, we create a tailored software solution for them that incorporates workforce management, applicant tracking, talent management, learning management, and performance management plus employee data.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain the company's overall accounts payables & general ledger processes, invoices, payments, and records on all company banking activities.
- Ensures accurate & timely month-end General Ledger close in compliance with US GAAP standards. Identifies any areas of concern in accounts for investigation & resolves. Key contributor to the month-end close.
- Responsible for recording accruals and other general ledger-related transactions.
- Interacts effectively with other Company departments to support the timely and efficient record keeping while supporting the finance needs of the organization.
- Ensures financial accounts are properly supported and reconciled on a monthly basis.
- Assists Payroll team with the buildout of client GL reports
- Ability to perform variance analysis and other reporting tasks, as needed.
- Supports compliance to internal controls with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Manages the daily activities of team members both locally and abroad, monitoring deadlines, and providing hands-on support and coaching.
- Researching and resolving day-to-day items related to AP/AR
- Serves as the point of contact for clients on bookkeeping related inquiries

- 4 years of combined accounting and management experience with a proven track record of performing multifaceted accounting assignments

Salary & Benefits
- $80K - $120K this is a salaried exempt position
