Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a full-time bilingual customer service / collections position working in a professional office environment. Our client works with 2,500 government clients nationwide providing services to the collection of delinquent receivables.
A summary of responsibilities include :
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls taking payment information, arranging payments and updating account information
- Assisting with escalated calls if adjustments or credit need to be made to the account
- Provide support with other administrative tasks as assigned
