Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a full-time customer service position working in a professional office environment.
Our client works with 2,500 government clients nationwide providing services to the collection of delinquent receivables.
A summary of responsibilities include :
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls taking payment information, arranging payments and updating account information
- Assisting with escalated calls if adjustments or credit need to be made to the account
- Provide support with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
- Must be bilingual in either Spanish or Portuguese
- 1 years of customer service experience, call center experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Basic to intermediate technical skills
Compensation and Benefits :
The compensation for this position starts at $20.00 an hour. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include :
