General Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities are essential to this role, but may not encompass all tasks:

  • Grow and maintain a diverse customer base by selling technology products to businesses, including new and refurbished: computers, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, phone systems, telecommunications equipment, peripherals, and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to effectively meet client needs.
  • Establish and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with clients.
  • Accurately collect details and information from clients to provide well-informed recommendations.
  • Follow up with clients as necessary to strengthen relationships.
  • Proactively seek out, identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for products and services.
  • Offer consultative support to all clients regarding the company’s products and services.
  • Achieve or surpass profit and productivity targets.


Experience:

  • Outbound Sales experience
  • Experience in the Technology or Telecom sectors is preferred
  • Skilled in creating and delivering presentations to both new and existing clients
  • A proven sales track record of at least 3 years is preferred
  • Customer service experience of 3 years is also preferred


Education:

  • An Associates Degree is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.

Schedule:

  • Hybrid remote/office scheduling offered after 90 days
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday through Friday

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
