SNI Companies is seeking an experienced General Paving Superintendent to lead our road construction operations in Maryland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, paving experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Tasks
• Direct the activities of Paving Superintendents, ensuring timely and accurate project completion.
• Conduct quality control checks, promoting quality assurance on all phases of work.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Foremen to prepare bids, schedule production, and optimize equipment utilization.
• Mentor and coach staff to improve leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, with 5 years of field construction leadership experience and 5 years of paving experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Preferred: Road Construction or Construction Management background.
