Travel to properties managed by client company is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Show available units to prospective tenants.
- Process applications and perform annual tenant recertifications.
- Maintain and update property waitlists.
- Ensure accurate, audit-ready tenant files, and conduct internal audits for compliance.
- Verify income / assets and enter data into management software.
- Assist with policy updates, property issues, and report preparation.
- Keep up-to-date with LIHTC regulations.
