We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and financial tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SAGE software functions, including entering invoices, contracts, subcontracts, estimates, reports, employee job hours, and reconciling the checking account.
- Ensure subcontractors submit insurance certificates and W-9 forms, and track expiration dates for compliance.
- Accurately input invoices coded by other team members.
- Confirm subcontractors have valid contracts and meet all contract requirements.
- Process requests from on-site supervisors for dumpsters, portable toilets, and equipment rentals (e.g., hi-lifts, concrete tools, vehicles).
- Schedule rental deliveries and pickups.
Requirements:
- Experience in the service industry (plumbing, electrical, or roofing preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAGE software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
