The Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of General Paving Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, leadership, and paving operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction to our paving operations, focusing on quality, productivity, and safety.
- Collaborate with superintendents and foremen to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Mentor and coach subordinate staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including project managers, estimators, and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction leadership and 5 years of paving experience.
